Delivery terms and conditions:
- UK shipping only.
- All deliveries are sent via standard Royal Mail delivery with signature required.
- Please note that parcels are expected to reach you within 3-5 working days.
- Please note all deliveries are tracked and must be signed for by the receiver.
Delivery Tracking information:
- We will email out the tracking information once we have dispatched your order.
- You can then track your order status on the Royal Mail website right from being dispatched to reaching you (normally 3-5 working days).
Returns Policy:
Please note the returns policy only applies to items purchased from this website.
- If you want to return your item for an exchange or refund please return the item to us within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Please ensure the items are in a resalable condition:
- All packaging and tags must be intact (our packaging is resealable).
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Any items that are damaged, marked or scented in any way (e.g. smoke / Fake
tan/ Makeup/Strong smell of perfume) cannot be accepted and will be returned to
the buyer. - If any multi-buy offer is partially returned for refund, we will refund the item minus
the value of the multi-buy saving. - Please note all UK orders can be returned for exchange or returned for a full
refund (if the product is not damaged, please read the section on this carefully). - You will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us but if you have
selected an exchange, we will send the replacement item out free of charge. - We recommend for any returns that you use a Royal Mail TRACKED mail service
to post back to us.

Please allow up to 15 working days from when you posted your items to receive exchanged items and refunds.
Faulty or Incorrect Item
In the unlikely event that you are returning an item to us because it was either faulty, or we sent the wrong thing, we will reimburse you the cost of postage via Bank Transfer. Please send a scan / legible photo of your postage receipt to info[@]peachesandpears.co.uk.

Other Notes
- Please note we can also exchange faulty items.
- Please note, you must follow the wash care instructions carefully, as if it is clear
you haven’t your item cannot be refunded or exchanged. - Print / Logo- this will fade and may come loose with wear and tear, this does not
class the item as faulty and cannot be refunded for this reason (it can be
exchanged/ refunded in the unlikely event the item has clearly not been worn and you
have received it in a poor condition, we ask for you to send clear photos in the
unlikely case this happens). - Please note we quality check all of our products before they leave.
